Eric has received many awards from, and has

Home Builders Associations. Eric has received the Hall of Fame and
Builder of the Year awards, and served as President for the Hartford
County and Connecticut Home Builders Associations. He also received the
prestigious “Charles J. Lodolce Award” from the Connecticut Home
Builders Association for unparalleled service to the industry.
Kevin W. Santini, Eric’s son,
works as the project manager and home designer. Kevin and his staff
work closely with the homebuyers throughout the sales and building
process in order to successfully bring their ideas and visions alive
for their new homes.
